On April 24th, the closing day of Trans-Siberian Art Festival, in front of the Arnold Kats State Concert Hall there was held the planting of Apple Alley devoted to the forthcoming 80th anniversary of the Novosibirsk State Philharmonic Society  in the new concert season.

On April 24 at the Arnold Kats State Concert Hall there was the closing of Trans-Siberian Art Festival. Artistic Director of Trans-Siberian Art Festival Vadim Repin, world-renowned cellist Misha Maisky and pianist Konstantin Lifschitz performed with Novosibirsk Philharmonic Orchestra in a concert dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the collective. The orchestra was conducted by its artistic director and chief conductor Gintaras Rinkevicius.

23rd and 24th of April in Novosibirsk there will be the final concerts of Trans-Siberian Art Festival. The soloists in the two programs are the same: on the stage there will be the artistic director of Trans-Siberian Art Festival Vadim Repin, world-renowned cellist Misha Maisky and pianist Konstantin Lifschitz. Chamber music concert on April 23rd will be dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the legendary violinist and conductor Yehudi Menuhin. The final concert of the festival will be dedicated to the 60th anniversary of Novosibirsk Philharmonic Orchestra, with which the soloists will come to the stage. The orchestra will be conducted by its artistic director and chief conductor Gintaras Rinkevicius.

On 20th of April Arnold Kats State Concert Hall held a recital of Daniil Trifonov – a supernova of world pianism. In his 25 years the musician is nominated for Grammy, gives solo concerts on the best stages of the world - in New York, London, Tokyo, Paris and other cities. His concert was a kind of musical discovery and a shock for the Novosibirsk audience - after a two-hour concert, the musician performed three compositions for the encore and received standing ovations of the audience.

On 21st of April Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra together with Vadim Repin and Svetlana Zakharova introduce the project "Pas de deux on fingers and for fingers" in Krasnoyarsk. This program was one of the most anticipated at the first festival in Novosibirsk in 2014, and now Krasnoyarsk will see it.

Novosibirsk will hold the world premiere of the program "Waltzes of the World" on 22nd of April. Author's project of violinist and composer Aleksey Igudesman including performance of Philharmonic Orchestra, Choir and choreography, will take place in the framework of Vadim Repin’s Trans-Siberian Art Festival.

On 18th and 19th of April stars of Trans-Siberian Art Festival perform in the cities of Novosibirsk region – Ordynskoye and Iskitim with an exclusive program. On 18th of April the program of chamber music, specially prepared for listeners of the regional centers, sounded in the regional House of Culture of the town Ordynskoye; today it will be performed at the House of Culture "Youth" of the city Iskitim. On the stage there are the stars of Trans-Siberian Art Festival Clara-Jumi Kang (violin), Henri Demarquette (cello) and Sergei Tarasov (piano). Clara-Jumi Kang plays a unique violin "Ex-Strauss", created by the legendary master Antonio Stradivari in 1708.
