The Sound Engineer of Joe Cocker, ZZ Top and Backstreet Boys will work at the Sib Jazz Fest concerts and lead a workshop for Siberian Sound Engineers.

On 21st and 22nd October the sound at concerts of the international festival Sib Jazz Fest will be tuned by Andreas Adelhofer - world-class engineer, who has cooperated with such stars as ZZ Top, BB King, Ringo Starr, Joe Cocker, Backstreet Boys and many others. On 20th October specialists also invited from abroad will work at audio remote control.

On 21st of October Sound Engineer Andreas Adelhofer will give a master class on working with sound at the State Concert Hall for specialists from Novosibirsk and neighboring regions. On 21st and 22nd of October Andreas Adelhofer will work as a Sound Engineer at International Festival Sib Jazz Fest concerts.

"This year we will provide festival Sib Jazz Fest with the international sound level - says Tatiana Lyudmilina, general director of Novosibirsk Philharmonic - Our most striking jazz project has consistently held with great resonance and success. The only thing it lacked so far wassound engineer of the international level. This year the project finally will find the missing element. In ist nine concerts on the stage there will be the world's jazz stars and our jazz colelctives, the pride of not only Philharmonic, but also the entire region, the venue will be the newest and technically perfect in Novosibirsk area - Arnold Kats State Concert Hall, invited engineers will work for the remote control – on 21st and 22nd of October it will be Andreas Adelhofer, on 20th of October there will be engineers, who are part of the guest collectives of the festival."

Andreas Adelhofer is already familiar with Arnold Kats State Concert Hall: at the last festival Sib Jazz Fest in 2014 he worked at concert of Nigel Kennedy, his collective and the Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra. According to the engineer, he was very proud and pleased to be invited once again to Novosibirsk to work not only at concerts of Sib Jazz Fest, but also lead a master-class to share with Russian sound engineers his thoughts and professional experiences.

Andreas Adelhofer started his career as a musician but quickly found interest in working with sound. In 1994 he got his first break, when he was asked to do stage monitors for Multi-Grammy award winner „Albert Lee and Hogan’s Heroes“. His work was highly appreciated by musicians, and since then, thanks to the recommendation, his collaboration began with world-class musicians. In 1999 Andreas Adelhofer founded HEAROOM MEDIA SERVICE, a full service production company, that supplies state of the art lighting-, sound-, video- and staging services world wide.

The international festival Sib Jazz Fest will be held in Novosibirsk from 20 to 22 October. Its program has collected all the variety of genres of modern jazz. Among the stars of the Festival there are Tony Kofi Quartet (United Kingdom), Motion Trio (Poland), Amsterdam Klezmer Band (Netherlands), trio "Good Evening" (Russia), Stephan Belmondo Trio (France), Sylvia Howard (United States), the hip-Hopf jazz trio Sax Machine (France), Oleg Akkuratov (Russia). Together with the stars of the festival at the stage there are Philharmonic collectives: Vladimir Tolkachev Big Band and jazz orchestra "Siberian Dixieland". The motto of the festival Sib Jazz Fest is «There is jazz in each of us. Listen to your own!"

The project will be held for the sixth time and for the second time at the new Philharmonic hall – Arnold Kats State Concert Hall, both at the main stage and at jazz loft.

The organizer of the festival is Novosibirsk State Philharmonic Society. Partners of the festival are VTB24, public company Moscow Exchange, jazz club "Truba". Motion Trio Concert is supported by Polish Culture Centre in Moscow and Ltd "Bella Siberia" (cosmetics and hygiene products for the whole family).
