On May 5 at 15.00 in the building of the railway station «Novosibirsk-Glavny» an Easter Charity concert of the Philharmonic bands: the Chamber Choir and the folk ensemble «Rozhdestvo» will take place. The Singing artel of Novosibirsk Music College will also take part in the concert.

On 23, 24, 26 and 27 April in Novosibirsk Verdi's Requiem will be performed. Execution of this large-scale work is dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the composer. Under the direction of Gintaras Rinkevicius, chief conductor and artistic director of Novosibirsk Philharmonic orchestra, about 150 persons will perform — Novosibirsk groups, soloists of Vilnius and Novosibirsk opera theatres.

On April 14 the premiere of the musical play «Nightingale» will be performed on the Philharmonic stage. With this event the children's theater «World of Music» will celebrate its 20th anniversary. All parties will be sung by the children — students of the theater. Libretto on the fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen was created by Vladimir Kaluzhsky, music by Andrey Krotov.

On 15 April the world premiere of the vocal cycle "Legend of the double” with the subtitle «The Story of One Vampire» will take place on the scene of Novosibirsk Philharmonic Society. Alexander Kaimbaher, soloist of Vienna Chamber Opera, specialist in the field of contemporary music will perform the title role.

On 30 March the program «Young Talents of Siberia» took place in the Philharmonic Chamber Hall with the support of the Ministry of Culture of Novosibirsk region held which is traditionally held during the school holidays for over 15 years.
