On 22nd of October International Festival Sib Jazz Fest finished with a grandiose jam session at the informal venue of Arnold Kats State Concert Hall. Along with the musicians from jazz collectives of Novosibirsk Philharmonic the stars of the festival Benjamin Herman (Netherlands), Tony Kofi and musicians of his quartet (United Kingdom), the French hip-hop jazz trio Sax Machine participated in jam session.

From 20th to 22nd of October at the International Festival Sib Jazz Fest in Arnold Kats State Concert Hall the exhibition of cult photographer Steve McCurry Overseas Tour will take place. The exhibition includes 25 pictures created in the framework of photo project of watch manufacture Vacheron Constantin. The project of the legendary photographer captured 12 unique and insufficiently explored places in the world.

Tomorrow, on 20th October in Arnold Kats State Concert Hall Siberian jazz festival Sib Jazz Fest will be opened. The biggest jazz festival in Siberia, organized by Novosibirsk Philharmonic, for the sixth time will gather on one stage the brightest representatives of jazz art from all over the world. For the first time in the history of the festival on the majority of its concerts sound engineers from abroad will work at the audio remote control.

On 22nd of October saxophonist Tony Kofi and his quartet perform in the program of the international festival Sib Jazz Fest in Novosibirsk. Up to the musician, saxophone appeared in his life in the visions, which began to visit him after the accident. Today he is a world-class jazz star.

On 21^st of October in Arnold Kats State Concert Hall there will take place performance of hip-hop jazz trio Sax Machine. The performance of French collective will be held in the framework of the International Festival Sib Jazz Fest and will become the second hip-hop concert for the 80-year history of Novosibirsk Philharmonic Society.

On 22^nd of October Benjamin Herman, one of the leading jazz musicians in the Netherlands, will perform in the program of the international jazz festival of Novosibirsk Philharmonic Sib Jazz Fest. Saxophonist will come on stage with Vladimir Tolkachev Big Band instead of pianist Oleg Akkuratov, whose performance was announced earlier.

On 6th of October it Arnold Kats State Concert Hall two concerts of Mariinsky Theatre Orchestra conducted by Valery Gergiev will be held. Concert for children will be held on a charitable basis, tickets for the evening concert, where also participate the soloists and the choir of the Mariinsky Theatre, are on sale at the price from 300 to 500 rubles. Both programs will be conducted by Valery Gergiev.
